What types of event do you plan?

We plan weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, corporate events, anniversary celebrations, and other special occasions.

Can you work within my budget?

Absolutely! We help you prioritize your spending and make thoughtful decisions to maximize your budget!

Do your travel for events?

Yes! Travel services are available for destination and out-of-town events.  Additional travel fees will apply.

How far in advance should I book?

Great question! As early as possible to ensure better venue and vendor availability, but here is a good timeline:

Weddings for full service should be booked 12-18 months in advance.  Partial planning 8-12 months in advance and 4-6 ,months in advance for day-f/month of coordination.

Parties should be booked 2-6 months in advance depending on size and complexity.  Milestone birthdays with custom decor or venues should be booked 4-6 months ahead and smaller, simpler parties may only require 4--8 ,. weeks.

Do you handle vendor contracts?

You generally do not need a separate contract with each vendor, but I will…

How do payments work?

*An initial retainer (deposit).  A  35% deposit is required to reserve event date.   The remaining balance is paid in stages.

Withe the final payment being 2-4 weeks before event.

Payment options include checks, cash or payment apps such as Cash-app, Zelle and Venmo.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellation terms are outlined in our service agreement and vary depending on how far in advance the cancellation occurs.
